As the communal hub of the NSW and ACT Jewish communities, JCA plays a role in connecting the diverse needs of the community with the 25 supported organisations spanning history & holocaust, aged & community care, engagement, jewish education, culture & outreach and security & advocacy.

Facing the challenge of an outdated website, JCA wanted a digital space that was not only contemporary but also easy to navigate. An extensive overhaul of the old site map was executed, introducing a simplified navigation system to enhance user accessibility.

Aligned with their annual communal campaign launch in 2023, JCA seized the opportunity to coincide the unveiling of their revamped website. The campaign, themed "You Are the Reason Why," underscored the community's integral role in supporting JCA's mission. Illustrative assets, both print and digital, featured a running puzzle motif, symbolising that individual contributions form the complete picture of the Jewish community.

The simultaneous launch of the campaign and the new website proved to be a strategic success with the revamped donation system. JCA not only achieved a contemporary digital presence but also fostered a sense of community by emphasising the vital role each individual plays in the collective support of their mission. The running puzzle motif served as a visual representation, reinforcing the idea that the strength of the Jewish community lies in the unique contributions of its members.
